Step 1: Locate Your Mods Folder

The default mods folder is located at:

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods

If the folder doesn't exist, you can create it manually.

Step 2: Download a Mod

Browse mods on SkyLinx or GitHub. Download the mod zip file and extract its contents into the Mods folder.

Step 3: Enable the Mod In-Game

Launch Cities: Skylines. Go to Content Manager → Mods and check the box next to the mod you installed to activate it.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Ensure the mod is for Cities: Skylines I, not II.
• Restart the game after installing a new mod.
• Mods may conflict with each other—try disabling others if one doesn’t work.
• Contact the mod creator for assistance.
